Terms of Service

These terms set out the conditions for using "Pungdeung (Sky Lanterns)" (the "Service"). The Service is a digital experience anyone can use without logging in. No real lanterns are released into the sky.

1. What the Service is

In a lakeside scene you walk as a character, ride boats, float digital wish lanterns, and share the scene with other visitors in the same room. There is no chat.

2. Accounts and identity

The Service has no sign-up or login. An anonymous token stored in your browser keeps continuity on the same device (your nickname and purchased lantern styles). A recovery code issued at your first purchase is yours to keep; if it is lost, purchases cannot be recovered.

3. Paid lantern styles

The Service sells only cosmetic lantern styles (lantern patterns, size and glow colour; cloak colours). It does not sell any priority — not room seats, queue position, shared-release order or boat access. Purchased styles are visible to other visitors. Consumable items are used up one at a time; permanent items stay owned once applied.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through the Toss Payments widget. The Service does not store card numbers or other payment-method details. It keeps only the order number, item, amount, payment status and payment key.

5. Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Because these are digital goods, withdrawal may be restricted for consumables that have been used and permanent items that have been applied; this is shown on screen before payment.

6. Prohibited conduct

Access may be restricted for tampering with the server, connecting many clients with automated tools, or disrupting other visitors' experience.

7. Changes and discontinuation

The Service may change or end after prior notice. If it ends, unused consumable items are handled under the Refund Policy.

8. Business information

The business name, representative, business registration number, mail-order registration number, address and contact are shown in the app's ⓘ panel and on the payment screen.
