Refund Policy
1. What can be refunded

2. Notice on restricted withdrawal
Lantern styles are digital content whose delivery is complete the moment they are used (a consumable when a lantern is floated, a permanent item when applied to the scene). Under Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, withdrawal may be restricted for digital content once use has begun. This is shown again before payment, and you agree to it before paying.
3. How to request a refund
Contact us via the details in the ⓘ panel with your order number (starting with sl-). After confirmation the payment is cancelled to the original method and any unused consumables are withdrawn. Depending on your card issuer, the refund may take 3–7 business days to appear.
4. If the Service ends
If the Service is discontinued, refund requests for unused consumable items are accepted within the announced period.
